Kate Ericson, CNP, FNP-C
Kate Ericson, CNP, FNP-C, joined Hawarden Regional Healthcare in 2026. A 2008 graduate of West Sioux High School, Kate earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Morningside University in 2012 and her Master of Science in Nursing in 2018.
Prior to joining HRH, Kate practiced in Sioux Falls and brings nearly eight years of experience in primary care, functional medicine, pulmonary care, and sleep medicine. She has a special interest in preventive care and women’s health.
Kate believes healthcare should be personal and collaborative. She enjoys getting to know her patients, listening to their concerns, and providing education so they feel informed and involved in decisions about their care. She strives to create a welcoming environment where patients feel comfortable asking questions and discussing their health.
Returning to the community where she grew up is especially meaningful to Kate. She is grateful for the opportunity to care for local individuals and families and looks forward to building lasting relationships with her patients.
Outside of the clinic, Kate enjoys spending time with her son, Riley, and her fiancé, Austin. She enjoys hiking, traveling, gardening, crocheting, and spending time outdoors.
