Hawarden Regional Healthcare is proud to offer Planet Heart screenings. These screenings are designed to identify heart and vascular disease. Plant Heart screenings are recommended for men ages 40+ and women ages 45+, or those with a strong family history of heart disease. Most patients get both screenings done with one appointment.

What Happens During a Cardiovascular Screening

Our staff will conduct testing to check the health of your health and vascular systems. They will review your medical history and review risk factors all in one visit. You can also benefit from a non-invasive check of your calcium score, a critical factor to early detection of heart disease.
